Since 2003, I have been developing business with companies with a bias toward image sensor and display technology (cameras and screens). I have been involved in the entire product process, all the way from concept through to total turnkey solutions for B2B deals.
Mission
I have superb relationship building skills and enjoy meeting with people. My tenacity to find, qualify and close the mobilisers that can drive change has served me and companies well over the past 20 years. Using a consultative approach has been important because target accounts these days tend to have multiple stakeholders involved and the sales cycles can be long. I am hungry to achieve my career objectives of being at the top of my game.
Approach
My general approach is very simple, identify mobilisers to qualify and use an account mapping process to ensure that no rock is unturned. I then work on a value based proposition as a building block to ensure the conversion happens. I’ve a strong desire to continue my career within the field of disruptive technology mainly because creating commercial insight and changing mental models for potential customers is a challenge I enjoy.

Some of What I've Achieved
AmeriCam CCTV Systems for Vehicles
I launched our brand of vehicle CCTV in the UK and I was responsible for winning business with large fleets across the UK. The kit protected their drivers and companies from false insurance claims, theft (security), improved driver behaviour and a number of other intrinsic values.
The process of finding the right contacts and identifying their needs was critical to the success. Telematics needs a multifaceted approach to create value for fleet owners. It requires focus, prioritisation and having the right skills and techniques so I have the opportunity and time to do that.
I successfully secured the contract and managed the account for the entire fleet of 1000+ KwikFit vans and HGV’s. Negotiated the deal for all of Appliances Online (AO) vehicles to have our full 4 cameras recording system installed. Project planned the installations and maintenance contract to ensure all the kits were working all the time.
Hotpoint Ultima LCD design-win
I worked with with a number of consumer brands to gain design wins for main stream products. Most notably was the work I created for Hotpoint Ultima range, these were the first white goods in the UK that used FSTN LCD technology.
Bierley Electronic Magnifiers
Designed and setup subscription payment gateway for Bierley.com Limited. The site markets electronic magnifiers that help visually impaired people to continue reading with reduced sight.
I worked on the initial product design with an ergonomics company based in Leicester.
Created a distribution network across the UK and Europe for the products. We were the first company to sell electronic magnifiers through the Royal National Institute for the blind.
Contacted and negotiated deals to sell our products to US and Europe governments.
Contacted and successfully received coverage on national TV and Radio to raise the brand awareness. I worked with Dr Chris Steele to demonstrate the products in front of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
